My stay at Belgravia Cs was quite disappointing. The location near Victoria Station was convenient, but the overall experience was marred by the room's conditions and the lack of proper service. Even though I found the staff, particularly the night receptionist, to be kind, it didn't make up for the dirty and cramped accommodations. I left earlier than planned and was relieved to find another place to stay.

Everything felt rundown, and I noticed mold stains on the walls and ceiling. The heater didn’t work, leaving me cold at night, and the kettle was burned out, which meant I couldn't even have a hot drink.

I had to go outside in the cold to get a blanket since my radiator didn’t work, and when I asked about a new kettle, the receptionist's annoyance showed.
